Dwelling Property Program

Safe’s Dwelling Property program can be utilized for either owner occupied dwellings or rented property (1 to 4 families). The coverage can be tailored to meet individual needs from basic fire protection and extended coverage for various types of losses including vandalism, with such coverage available for the dwelling, other structures, loss of rental income and the insured’s personal property. Premises Liability coverage can also be obtained that protects the insured if they are sued for an occurrence relating to the premises insured. Personal Liability protection is also available. Multiple options and endorsements such as Additional Living Expense coverage are available under the Dwelling Property program which can also be utilized for seasonal property and mobile homes.
